Shipping Policy
Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your location within India. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number via email or SMS. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, reach out to us and we'll follow up with the courier.
Delays: We do our best to stick to timelines, but factors like public holidays, extreme weather, or courier backlogs can occasionally cause delays. We'll communicate proactively if anything affects your order.
Damaged or Missing Orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, write to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please keep the original packaging, it helps us raise a claim with the courier.
Shipping Costs are calculated on your checkout based on your order value, size, location and other factors.
Currently, we only ship within India.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We currently do not offer any returns or exchanges. This is due to hygiene concerns and we hope you understand.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we'll take care of it immediately. Write to us at care@myveruzo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short unboxing video.
Refunds Policy
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and your bank's policies. We'll keep you updated through the process.
